No Limits Ladies Group

We are a peer lead ladies friendship and craft group based at YMCA Neath. Our aim is to improve wellbeing, bring people together and reduce isolation. Our group is volunteer run by our ladies and supported with courses and various crafts. No Limits Ladies Group is a safe space for women to attend, have a coffee and a chat and meet new people.
